1. Service Description

Admuse provides AI-assisted advertising tools, including image generation, ad strategy, offer generation, audience angles, market analysis, customer psychology analysis, money angle analysis, winner prediction, challenger generation, creative director reviews, competitor analysis, ad roast, viral hooks, and marketing team recommendations.

All AI recommendations, scores, probabilities, strategy outputs, and conversion predictions are estimates for creative guidance only. They are not guarantees of traffic, sales, leads, revenue, approval by an advertising platform, payment processor acceptance, or legal compliance.

2. Customer Responsibility

You are solely responsible for the business information, offers, prompts, images, logos, brand names, claims, products, services, landing pages, targeting, advertising account activity, and final use of any generated asset.

You must ensure that your ads comply with all laws, regulations, advertising rules, intellectual property rights, consumer protection rules, and platform policies that apply in your country, your audience country, the United States, the United Kingdom, the European Union, and any other relevant jurisdiction.

3. Prohibited Use

You may not use Admuse for fraud, deception, misleading claims, illegal products, regulated products without proper authorization, impersonation, intellectual property infringement, hate, harassment, adult sexual exploitation, malware, phishing, fake documents, financial scams, medical misinformation, political manipulation, or any content prohibited by payment processors or advertising platforms.

We may suspend, restrict, delete, or refuse service to accounts or content that we believe create legal, payment, fraud, brand safety, or platform risk.

3.1 Multiple Accounts, Free Credit Abuse and Circumvention

Each customer, person, business, browser, and device may maintain only one account unless Admuse gives prior written approval. Creating or attempting to create multiple accounts to obtain free credits, duplicate trial benefits, avoid limits, bypass suspension, evade billing, or abuse promotions is strictly prohibited.

You may not use VPNs, proxies, disposable emails, device reset tools, browser fingerprint manipulation, automated scripts, bots, shared devices, fake identities, or any other method to bypass account limits, free credit restrictions, payment controls, fraud checks, or abuse-prevention systems.

Admuse may block registration, remove promotional credits, suspend accounts, merge accounts, deny service, preserve evidence, and share relevant transaction, consent, usage, IP, device, user-agent, and fraud-prevention logs with payment processors, banks, card networks, hosting providers, law-enforcement authorities, or legal advisors when reasonably necessary to protect the platform, investigate abuse, respond to disputes, or comply with law.

Abuse of free credits, multi-accounting, chargeback fraud, payment misuse, or policy circumvention may result in permanent account termination without refund for consumed credits or completed digital services, to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.

4. Digital Assets and Credits

Credits are digital service units used to request AI processing. Credits are not cash, stored value, bank deposits, or transferable currency. Once credits are used or processing begins, they are generally non-refundable unless required by applicable law or explicitly approved by us.

Generated ads are digital assets prepared for the customer who created them. The customer receives the right to use downloaded final assets for their lawful business advertising, subject to these terms and any third-party model/provider restrictions.

5. No Performance Guarantee

Admuse does not guarantee ad approval, conversions, revenue, leads, clicks, calls, WhatsApp messages, bookings, profit, return on ad spend, or any business result. Predictions and scores are relative creative estimates, not promises or warranties.

6. Payment Processor and Chargeback Protection

You agree not to misuse PayPal, Stripe, card networks, banks, or other payment systems. False disputes, abusive chargebacks, fraudulent purchases, or policy-violating activity may lead to account suspension, credit removal, evidence submission to processors, and collection of applicable losses or fees where permitted by law.

We may maintain logs of consent, IP address, user agent, timestamps, purchases, invoices, credit usage, downloads, and support conversations to respond to disputes, fraud reviews, legal complaints, and processor investigations.

7. Third-Party AI Providers

Admuse may use third-party AI, hosting, analytics, payment, email, storage, and security providers to deliver the service. AI output can be imperfect and may require human review before publication.

8. Intellectual Property and Complaints

You must not upload or request content that infringes another party's rights. If you believe content created through Admuse infringes your rights, contact support with identification of the content, ownership evidence, and your contact details.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Admuse is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or lost-profit damages arising from use of the platform, AI output, ad account decisions, payment disputes, or business results.
